Endometriosis occurs when endometrial tissue that lines the uterus grows outside the uterus, usually in the pelvic area. But you can grow anywhere, even in the brain and lungs. Endometriosis also stimulated by the hormones of the menstrual cycle. So pain, a characteristic of symptomatic endometriosis, is worse during ovulation and during menstrual and premenstrual parts of the cycle of a woman.
Symptoms of endometriosis include pelvic pain, abnormal menstrual cycles, and infertitlity.If you have endometrial tissue growing between the uterus and rectum may have symptoms such as pain during intercourse, pain with stool (especially before a period) and press the rectal area. Some women have no symptoms, but their doctors of endometrial tissue growing where they should be discovered through a routine check or a monitor for other conditions.
Dr. Christiane Northrup provides a link between endometriosis and the autoimmune system. He cites studies of women withsymptoms of endometriosis that "these women often have antibodies against their own tissue, called auto-antibodies to show. Natural Progesterone

Changes in diet
Dr. Northrup has found thatbecause symptoms of endometriosis is associated with estrogen too much, limiting foods that promote the production of estrogen may help alleviate symptoms. This means that the removal of dairy products, including several low-fat, increasing fiber intake and reducing fat to a minimum. She also recommends:
Multi-vitamins – a good integration with good levels of B vitamins
Magnesium – 400 – 800 mg, about 90-150 mg magnesium base. It helps to relaxmuscles.
Pain management through nutrition
The assumption behind this is that "the diseases caused by vitamin A deficiency is associated with specific
pain. "(P62, Mills & Vernon). And Mills & Vernon also found research papers that some vitamins have pain and anti-inflammatory effects demonstrated.
Suggest that these vitamins as options in the treatment of pain:
DLPA – D, L-Phenylalanine is an amino acid found to alleviate the chronicpain. It must be taken regularly over time. Some people notice an immediate effect, for others it takes several weeks.
